Science...of the kitchen

I've been trying to step out side the baking box lately.  So a couple of weeks ago, Enter - ganache coated fruitcake.

Tastes better than it sounds, sounds better than it looks.  Gooey, sticky, delicious, bad for you - and very, very messy.

Would be good on a stick, cakesicle styles.



















Yum.  Needed more cherries.
